You can share a workflow as a public page. Anyone with the link can try a demo run and copy the workflow into their own account.

What visitors see

The public page shows the workflow, the inputs it needs, and the result of the visitor’s demo run. Visitors do not need an account to try it. Each visitor can run the demo a limited number of times. When they reach that limit, the page asks them to create a free account so they can keep running it. A demo can also be temporarily unavailable. That is separate from a visitor using up their own runs, and separate from the share reaching the run allowance you set. When the demo is unavailable, visitors can still copy the workflow into their account.

Finding your shares

Shared workflows lists every public demo in the workspace. Search by name, and filter the list to Active, Paused, or Disabled.

Turning a share off

When you disable a share, new demo runs stop. A run that has already started can finish.

Copying the workflow

A visitor who copies the workflow gets their own copy. Page and image addresses used by the steps come with that copy. They connect their own accounts for any integrations, and they deploy the copy themselves if they want it on a schedule.
