What is guest access?

Guest access lets you try Fetch Hive from your AI assistant before you have an account. When the assistant opens the Fetch Hive sign-in page, choose Continue as guest. After a quick browser check, the assistant is connected to a guest workspace and can build, test and run workflows and agents for you straight away.

What do I get?

A task is one unit of work in a run, such as one step. See Credit Usage. Ask the assistant “What’s left on my Fetch Hive guest account?” to see your time, AI usage and tasks.

What needs an account?

  • The Fetch Hive dashboard: the workflow editor, run logs and settings.
  • Anything after the 3 days.
The assistant tells you when something needs an account, and gives you a link to keep your work.

How do I keep my work?

  1. Ask your assistant “Give me a link to keep this work.”
  2. Open the link. It works once, for one hour. Ask again if it expires.
  3. Create a free Fetch Hive account, or sign in.
  4. Check what the assistant built and press Keep this work.
You land on the workflow, agent or run the assistant was talking about. Your assistant stays connected to your new account, so you can carry on in the same chat. Untick Keep … connected to this account if you’d rather connect it again yourself. Schedules and share links switched off when the guest time ended stay off. Turn them back on in the dashboard when you’re ready.

What happens if I don’t keep it?

After 3 days the guest workspace stops. The assistant can still give you a link, and you can keep your work for 7 more days. After that, 10 days from the start, the guest workspace and everything in it are deleted for good.

I already have an account

Keeping the work makes it a new account that you own, next to the one you have. Switch between them from the account menu in the dashboard. To connect your assistant to your existing account instead, sign in on the Fetch Hive sign-in page rather than choosing Continue as guest.
