Track changes and create versions within your Workflows
Versioning allows you to easily manage historical changes for your Workflows in both your dashboard and the LIVE Workflow API Endpoints.
How do I create a new version in the Dashboard?
When you're happy with your changes of a Workflow in the Dashboard, you can create a new version by clicking the "Save Version" button in the top right hand or the navbar.

From here you can enter your version description. This generates a new version of your Workflow.

How to create a new version for the LIVE Workflow?
When you're happy to publish a new version of your workflow to the LIVE API Endpoint, simply click "Create Endpoint" or "Update Endpoint" in the top left dropdown of the navbar.
Create Endpoint: This will create the initial version of the Workflow API Endpoint variant and automatically populate a version description for you.
Update Endpoint: This will update an existing variant of a Workflow API Endpoint, from here you can specify the version description. Be sure to be descriptive; this will help your team members understand what was changed, and why.


How to view Dashboard Workflow version history?
To view all versions of your Workflow in the Dashboard, you can simply click "Version History" in the top right of the navbar.

From here, you can view all versions created for the Workflow, additionally, you can choose to Rollback to a specific version. This allows you ultimate control over tracking historical changes and rolling back changes when and where needed for your Workflows.

How to view LIVE Workflow version history?
To view all versions of your LIVE Workflow, you can simply click "Version History" in the top right of the navbar of the associated Endpoint.

From here, you can view all versions created for the Workflow, additionally, you can choose to Rollback to a specific version. This allows you ultimate control over tracking historical changes and rolling back changes when and where needed for your Workflows.
