# 写入 Pinecone

> 向 Pinecone 命名空间写入一条文本记录

从**知识库**分组添加**写入 Pinecone**。选择索引和命名空间，并填写文本；支持工作流变量。

记录 ID 可选：留空会生成 UUID，现有 ID 会覆盖完整记录。元数据必须是扁平 JSON 对象。每次运行只写入一条记录，并在不等待搜索可见性的情况下返回回执。
