# Zoho Mail

> Zoho Mail 让你通过已连接的账户管理电子邮件、文件夹、标签和个人任务。

# Zoho Mail

在工作流中，当你需要处理电子邮件、文件夹、标签或个人任务时，可以使用 Zoho Mail。它可以读取消息、发送回复并更新邮箱状态。

## 配置

| Authentication | 是 | 此步骤要使用的已连接 Zoho Mail 账户。 |
| Action | 是 | 要执行的 Zoho Mail 操作（例如 List Zoho Mail Accounts、List Folders、Get Folder、List Emails）。 |
| Arguments | 是 | 由操作的架构生成的按操作分开的表单字段。每个文本字段都有一个 **Insert Variable** 按钮，可注入 `{{placeholder}}` 值。高级用法可使用 **Raw JSON** 选项卡。 |
| When the step fails | 否 | 控制此步骤失败时工作流应 **Terminate Workflow** 还是 **Continue**。 |

在配置此步骤之前，请在工作区的 **Integrations** 中通过登录流程连接 Zoho Mail。如果没有可用的活动连接，此步骤会显示警告，并提供指向 **Integrations** 的链接，而不是账户选择器。

## Arguments form

当你选择一个操作时，**Arguments** 部分会根据该操作的输入架构渲染一个表单。引用现有记录的字段会包含下拉选择器。

如果你更喜欢手动编写完整的参数对象，可以切换到 **Raw JSON** 选项卡。任一选项卡中的更改都会保持同步。

| **Send Email** | 立即发送电子邮件或将其安排在稍后发送。 |
| **Reply to Email** | 在保留原始线程的同时发送回复。 |
| **Create Email Draft** | 创建并保存一封电子邮件草稿，而不发送。 |
| **Update Messages** | 批量更新消息状态，例如已读、文件夹、标记、标签、归档或垃圾邮件。 |
| **List Labels** | 列出 Zoho Mail 账户中配置的每个标签。 |
| **Create Label** | 在 Zoho Mail 账户中创建一个新标签。 |
| **List Personal Tasks** | 列出已连接用户的个人任务。 |
| **Create Personal Task** | 为已连接用户创建个人任务。 |

删除记录等破坏性操作在工作流操作选择器中不可用。

## 输出

此步骤会将 Zoho Mail 响应保存为步骤输出。响应的结构取决于操作。

在后续步骤中使用完整输出引用：

## 示例

1. 打开 **Integrations**，如果你还没有这样做，请连接 Zoho Mail。
2. 在工作流中添加一个 **Zoho Mail** 步骤。
3. 在 **Authentication** 中选择一个已连接账户。
4. 在 **Action** 中选择 **List Zoho Mail Accounts**。
5. 填写必填字段。使用 **Insert Variable** 为任何字段值引用前一步的输出。
6. 点击步骤标题中的 **Run** 来测试该操作，然后在 **Output** 中查看返回的有效负载。

### 发送跟进邮件

1. List Emails
2. Get Message Content
3. Reply to Email

### 整理邮件项目

## 备注

* 此步骤依赖于你工作区中已连接的 Zoho Mail 集成。
* 工作流操作选择器会显示一组精选操作。拥有 Zoho Mail 工具的代理可以使用更多操作。
* 登录界面可能会显示第三方授权品牌标识。

## 将 Zoho Mail 作为代理工具使用

你也可以在 **Agent Editor** 中将 Zoho Mail 作为工具添加。打开代理，点击 **Add tool**，然后选择 **Zoho Mail**。在工具设置面板中，选择代理应使用的已连接账户。代理会在相关于对话时调用 Zoho Mail 操作。
