# Pipedrive

# Pipedrive

Pipedrive 让你的 Agent 访问已连接的 CRM。Agent 可在回复聊天消息或完成任务时，搜索和更新人员与组织、浏览交易与潜在客户、记录活动和备注，并检索管道信息。

## 功能说明

在 Agent 上启用 Pipedrive 后，Agent 可在推理过程中自动执行 CRM 操作。你提出问题或分配任务后，Agent 会决定何时以及如何代表你使用 Pipedrive 账户。

## 前提条件

启用此工具前，工作区必须已有有效的 Pipedrive 连接。若无有效连接，开关将处于禁用状态。

1. 进入工作区的 **Integrations**。
2. 在集成网格中找到 **Pipedrive**。
3. 点击 **Connect** 并完成 OAuth 流程。
4. 返回 Agent 并启用该工具。

## 使用场景

* 为销售代表查询交易状态并汇总管道活动。
* 在聊天中提交潜在客户表单后创建或更新人员。
* 搜索组织并根据 CRM 上下文起草外联内容。
* 在工作流完成后记录备注或活动。

## 说明

* Agent 使用你已连接的 Pipedrive 账户执行操作。请确保 OAuth 连接具有工作流所需的权限范围。
* 当 Agent 模型提供商为 Google/Gemini 时，Pipedrive 不可用。
* 此工具按 Agent 执行的每个操作计 1 个积分。
* OAuth 连接流程中可能显示第三方授权品牌信息。
