# Limits and FAQ

> Usage limits, costs and common questions about using Fetch Hive from an AI assistant

## What does it cost? [#cost](#cost)

Connecting an assistant is free. Finding and changing your workflows and agents doesn't use credits.

Runs started by an assistant use your workspace credits, the same as runs you start from the dashboard. Scheduled runs and share page runs are billed to your workspace as usual. See [Credit Usage](https://docs.fetchhive.com/monitoring/credit-usage.md).

## Are there usage limits? [#limits](#limits)

Yes. To keep the service fast for everyone, each connection can only make a certain number of requests and runs per minute and per day. Normal use stays well below them.

If the assistant says it's sending too many requests, wait a minute and ask again. To see how much of today's limit is used, ask "How many Fetch Hive requests have I used today?"

Building a new workflow or agent can take up to a couple of minutes. The assistant checks on the build and tells you when it's ready.

## Which assistants work with Fetch Hive? [#clients](#clients)

Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor are covered step by step in [Connect an AI assistant](https://docs.fetchhive.com/workspace/connect-assistants.md).

## Can I connect more than one workspace? [#workspaces](#workspaces)

Each connection uses one workspace. To work in another workspace, add Fetch Hive again as a second connector and choose the other workspace when you sign in.

## Can my teammates use it? [#team](#team)

Yes. Each teammate connects their own assistant and signs in with their own Fetch Hive account. Changes they make appear under their name in the version history.

## Does the assistant see my data? [#data](#data)

The assistant sees what it needs to answer you: your workflows, agents, runs and their outputs. It never sees passwords, API keys or connected app tokens. What your assistant provider does with your chats is covered by its own terms.

## Why did the assistant refuse to remove a step? [#remove-step](#remove-step)

Another step still uses that step's output. Ask the assistant to change the other step first, then remove the one you don't need.

## Why won't the assistant add a delete action? [#delete-actions](#delete-actions)

Assistants can't add app actions that delete data, to keep a mistaken request from removing anything. Add the step yourself in the workflow editor if you need it.
